2.1.1 Core Network:
(1) Develop nationwide core network architecture planning above OLT level in line with business growth, and lead the execution of related engineering projects.
(2) Formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans for the nationwide core network, ensuring no major risks and safeguarding secure and stable network operations.
(3) Lead and coordinate interconnection and interoperability projects with external partner networks.
(4) Establish IP traffic testing standards, conduct acceptance tests, and continuously monitor traffic utilization.
(5) Drive company-wide initiatives to enhance service quality, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.
(6) Organize, manage, and implement technical training and support programs for network operations staff.
(7) Supervise batch inspection and acceptance testing of newly deployed ONUs.
(8) Collaborate with teams to analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and deliver service quality improvements.
(9) Oversee nationwide IP address planning, allocation records, and VLAN planning.
(10) Manage software upgrades for core network equipment, including CR, BRAS, switches, and GPON devices.
(11) Lead network optimization, troubleshooting, and fault recovery for core network, switches, and GPON devices.
(12) Handle customer single-point and multi-point network faults that cannot be resolved at the NOC level.
(13) Regularly consolidate and summarize fault reports, and provide scheduled training to related departments on network concepts and knowledge.
2.1.2 Transmission Network
(1) Support the implementation of nationwide transmission network projects in accordance with approved planning schemes.
(2) Execute preventive maintenance plans for the transmission network to eliminate potential risks and ensure secure and stable operation.
(3) Troubleshoot and resolve daily network incidents, ensuring network integrity and resilience.
(4) Conduct monthly inspections of transmission line performance and execute necessary optimization measures.
(5) Respond to and manage major network emergencies, ensuring rapid recovery and service continuity.
(6) Develop and implement transmission resource allocation plans to meet evolving business requirements.
(7) Collaborate with other departments to conduct root cause analysis of customer complaints and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
(8) Summarise and document fault cases on a regular basis, and conduct periodic training sessions on network knowledge for relevant teams.
2.2 Qualifications & Requirements:
(1) Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
(2) Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in telecom network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing nationwide core or transmission networks.
2.3 Technical Expertise :
(1) In-depth knowledge of core network technologies (OLT, BRAS, CR, GPON, IP/MPLS).
(2) Strong experience in preventive maintenance, fault management, and network optimisation.
(3) Familiarity with interconnection/interworking with partner networks and regulatory compliance.
(4) Proficiency in IP planning, VLAN design, and capacity management.
