Job responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another related field.
- Knowledge of telecommunications network design, construction, and project implementation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills.
- Ability to conduct site measurements, collect technical data, and prepare sketches and construction drawings.
- Effective communication and coordination skills when working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Organize and compile design documents and other technical project materials.
- Provide technical guidance during network construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate technical support and coordination.
- Manage customer project requirements and support project delivery from implementation through completion and acceptance.
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on project activities, ensuring effective communication among customers and internal teams.
- Assist customers during project acceptance, product verification, and final delivery.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be assigned by the supervisor or management based on operational requirements.
