Logistics and Warehousing Assistant

Sector:Planning & Construction Department
Job responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and inventory control of materials and equipment

  • Ensure accurate and updated inventory records for both physical and system-based tracking

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and support warehouse inspections

  • Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities, resolving issues promptly

  • Maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and freight partners

  • Monitor and support material documentation, including requisitions and distribution tracking

  • Assist in inventory settlements and financial coordination related to warehouse operations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and data security guidelines

  • Perform other related tasks as needed to support operations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations

  • Knowledge of warehousing processes, material handling, and inventory control

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee K3) is an advantage

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
