Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and inventory control of materials and equipment

Ensure accurate and updated inventory records for both physical and system-based tracking

Conduct regular inventory audits and support warehouse inspections

Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities, resolving issues promptly

Maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and freight partners

Monitor and support material documentation, including requisitions and distribution tracking

Assist in inventory settlements and financial coordination related to warehouse operations

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and data security guidelines

Perform other related tasks as needed to support operations

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)

2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Knowledge of warehousing processes, material handling, and inventory control

Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee K3) is an advantage

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
