Technical communications: to the customers externally and to the related departments such as the construction and design departments internally or facilitate communications with the contractors.

Product promotion: be familiar with the company’ s products & advantages and do documentation and analysis for customer demands.

The whole process management in the customer project delivery, starting from the issuance of the Project order to the PAC /FAC signing and complete until transfer the project to the maintenance department.

Formulate plans for small scale projects independently and assist superiors to complete customer demand-matching work.

Manages customer relationships while ensuring adherence to the contract, local laws, and company policies and processes.

Daily, weekly, or monthly project track up-to date internally and externally.

Prepare and host scheduled weekly and random meetings to present project progress and solve customers’ concerns.

Physical site inspections or acceptance activity, both scheduled and random, coordinating and clarifying with both clients and subcons to assure the project delivery.

Assist superiors in the processing of the difficulties encountered in the project evaluates existing solutions and guides process improvement initiatives to gain efficiencies, increase quality, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.

Develops and manages project plans, budgets, and work schedules.

Responsible for the customer’s project delivery, collect, develop, guiding customer request, and maintaining customer relationships.

Graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering or any related course.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with at least 2 years of related experience is a plus.

Knowledgeable with MS Office and Adobe. Knowledge in Coreldraw Google Earth Pro, CAD is an advantage but not required.
