- Oversee the technical maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of the BOSS system and mobile applications.
- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, networks, and user support.
- Implement and supervise cybersecurity practices, ensuring data protection and compliance.
- Ensure reliable operation of CRM, data platforms, and related systems.
- Lead and manage the IT System Analyst & Support team, aligning their daily activities with departmental objectives.
- Provide technical and data support to other business centers, acting as the execution arm of the Digital Operations Center.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Experience in telecom/ISP or digital platforms is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and cross-functional communication.
- English proficiency to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
