Partnership in Action: PFOCN, SPA, and the Singapore Embassy Unite for Community Impact

The completion ceremony of Phase III of the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) of Cambodia, together with the handover ceremony of Phase I of the Techo Intranet Project, as well as the launch ceremony for the construction of Phase II of the TECHO INTRANET Project and Phase IV of the FMIS Project, was grandly held at Sokha Hotel in Phnom Penh on Tuesday (Apr. 7).

This holiday season, we are honored to reflect on a meaningful milestone: the third consecutive year of our collaborative Outreach Program with the Singapore Philippines Association Inc. (SPA) at the Lourdes Handicapped Center.

This year’s efforts were further strengthened by the hands-on participation of our CEO, Ms. Alice Xie, who joined our volunteer team—demonstrating leadership in action and PFOCN’s deep, company-wide commitment to giving back.
