The completion ceremony of Phase III of the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) of Cambodia, together with the handover ceremony of Phase I of the Techo Intranet Project, as well as the launch ceremony for the construction of Phase II of the TECHO INTRANET Project and Phase IV of the FMIS Project, was grandly held at Sokha Hotel in Phnom Penh on Tuesday (Apr. 7).

Economic Ministers’ Retreat Welcome Dinner, held on March 12, 2026, at the Grand
Ballroom, Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, as part of the official ASEAN 2026 Economic
Meetings hosted by the Philippine Government.
The event gathered economic ministers, senior officials, and delegates from ASEAN
Member States, providing an opportunity for dialogue and networking in support of
regional economic cooperation, innovation, digital transformation, and connectivity
initiatives across the ASEAN region.
During the event, Ms. Alice and Ms. Monaliza met with several ASEAN leaders and
government officials, including Dr. Wah Wah Maung, Union Minister of the Ministry of
Investment and Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar,
and Singapore Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim
Yong, together with other delegates attending the retreat.

Last March 6, we came together at PFOCN to celebrate International Women's Day 2026 under the theme "Her Story, Our Strength." It was an afternoon filled not just with program segments, but with genuine connection, shared laughter, and meaningful conversation.
The heart of the event was the Her Story Table Talk—a simple yet powerful activity where colleagues shared reflections on resilience, inspiration, and the everyday strength women bring to their work and to those around them. It was a gentle but important reminder: behind every role and responsibility is a story worth hearing and honoring.

PFOCN marked a significant milestone on December 11, 2025, as the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) officially awarded the company its Green Lane Certificate—a recognition reserved for high-impact, strategic investments that support national development.

The certificate was personally presented by DTI Secretary Cristina Roque together with Undersecretary Ceferino Rodolfo during a special handover ceremony. In her message to PFOCN, the Secretary expressed her gratitude for the company’s continued investments and contributions to the Philippines’ digital infrastructure sector. She emphasized that PFOCN’s initiatives are aligned with the country’s priority programs and play a crucial role in helping achieve broader economic and technological goals.

She also encouraged the company to bring in more investments in the remaining two and a half years of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s administration, citing the administration’s support for transformative and future-ready infrastructure projects.

Reinforcing DTI’s commitment, the Secretary assured PFOCN of the agency’s readiness to offer assistance at any stage of the investment process. The Green Lane Certificate opens access to expedited inter-agency coordination and streamlined processing of permits—helping accelerate project timelines and implementation.

PFOCN welcomes this recognition and looks forward to deeper collaboration with the Philippine government as it continues to expand and develop next-generation connectivity solutions across the country.

In line with our mission to support young local artists and strengthen the partnership between De La Salle University and PFOCN, we launched the PFOCN Culture Wall Art and Design Competition in collaboration with DLS-College of Saint Benilde (CSB).

Inspired by a professional advice session with renowned Singaporean artists in November 2024, the competition officially launched in February 2025. It featured two categories—Hangable Artworks and Sculptures—and provided participants with materials to bring their visions to life. We received an enthusiastic response, with around 40 entries submitted. The shortlisted works were exhibited on campus for two weeks.
